  • AlertMe - Identity Theft Protection
  • AlertMeSRFCU is excited to announce AlertMe, a new credit-monitoring service designed to help members fight identity theft, a growing problem that affects millions of Americans. AlertMe gives early warning of activity on your credit report. Since credit report activity can be a sign of possible identity theft, early detection can help you catch problems quickly to minimize losses.

    AlertMe monitors your Experian credit file daily. New accounts, credit cards over the credit limit, and address changes are just a few of the items AlertMe monitors. If an activity occurs, AlertMe will send you an email alerting you to the activity. You can log into the AlertMe Web site to read details about the activity and determine if it is suspicious. AlertMe will also send an email to remind you to order your annual free credit reports.

    The 24-hour toll-free Bug-Me Line is a fast and easy way for SRFCU members to get information on accounts and loans without leaving home or office. Members can make account transactions and check SRFCU rates as well. Members need to contact SRFCU for a personalized four-digit pin number if interested in using this service.   • How to use the Bug-Me Line

    Have account and pin numbers handy when calling. Dollar amounts are entered without decimal points and all numbers are followed with the pound symbol. The system is accessible 24-hours a day, seven days a week. The Bug-Me Line is accessible by phone or modem-equipped computer: 1-888-HI BUG ME/phone or 1-888-IM A BUGG/computer.

  • SRFCU has partnered with EQUIFAX to provide members with immediate, secure, on-line access to personal credit information. Now you can view the same information as creditors.   • If you have access to a computer, your set-up is complete for SRFCU's Virtual Branch. This homebanking/bill pay system is user-friendly, convenient and secure.

    Virtual Branch is a homebanking/bill pay program that allows members access to their accounts through the SRFCU website. Members can access a variety of accounts and transfer funds between accounts. The bill-pay program allows members to create a payment schedule for receiving bills. Once a member initiates the bill pay program, recurring bills are automatically paid through the members' SRFCU account.

  • ATM Locator and Mapping Service
    The Credit Union 24® Network Locator and Mapping Service allows you to find ATM locations in several different ways. It is not necessary to input information in all of the fields. Simply enter information into those fields you wish to search. After a list of ATMs come up on the screen, a map directing you to a particular ATM can be downloaded by double-clicking on the underlined address. If searching for your financial institution's locations, simply type in a key word of the institution's name and press "enter". This will give you a listing of all the ATMs owned by your financial institution. If you are looking for Credit Union 24® Network CU HERE ATMs, type in the appropriate city and check the box next to "CU HERE Program".
