What is SRFCU doing to keep you safe?

~ May 11th update: As of today, we are able to safely allow in person services in our lobbies. We have installed sneeze guards in all of our service areas and are asking that everyone wear a mask to help minimize any possible exposure. ~

At SRFCU, we are here to serve you and offer banking where you are.  With everything that is going on in our community and world right now, we have quickly made modifications to many of our processes and we have done that to keep you and our team as safe as possible.  At our small branch in Leakesville, we are still able to operate fully, while at our Moss Point, Pascagoula, and Lucedale locations we have adjusted to drive through only.  We can make an appointment for lobby services if needed.

We want to assure you that we are still offering FULL services and at FULL hours too! Check out the list below and notice that most of your banking can be done from wherever you are!

  • Use our Drive Through to:
    • Have a form notarized
    • Deposit cash

If you do need to use our drive through, we are providing you with sanitizing wipes when you leave along with a little note to remind you of all the things you can take care of from the comfort of your home.

If there is something that you need to do that is not listed above, simply give us a call.  We are here to keep you safe and make this as easy as possible. We can make appointments for you to come in to our lobbies if needed, but we will make sure you always get what you need.

In our lobbies, we have our cleaning crew doing extra duty! They are following all CDC guidelines and do deep cleaning daily.  Our staff is sanitizing throughout the day to constantly keep all areas free of germs. Additionally, our drive through tubes and areas are sanitized after every use and our ATMs are wiped down constantly throughout the day.

Most importantly, please know that we are here to serve you.  If you are out of work during this time, we want to talk with you and find a plan to help you succeed.  We always pride ourselves on treating each member as an individual because we know that your situation is unique to you.  Some members may need extensions on their loans, while others may need to be granted a small loan to get by. We also have members that are offering to help other members – wow!

We are providing full services and full hours – wherever you are.  We are the better way to bank and here to serve.
