Our computer system upgrade is coming the weekend of October 7th!
Here's what you need to know:
New Online Banking (available Tuesday, October 10th):
- The last day for our current online banking is the afternoon of Friday, October 6th.
- You will need to re-enroll in online banking when you access it for the first time (on or after Tuesday, October 10th).
- User ID: your SRFCU Account Number
- Password: last 4 digits of the primary SS#
eAlerts (available Tuesday, October 10th):
- The last day you will receive eAlerts on our current system will be Friday, October 6th.
- You will need to re-establish after you log into our new online banking.
- So many more options like security alerts, rate changes, and many more!
Mobile Banking (the SRFCU app):
- Our current app will stop working on the afternoon of Friday, October 6th.
- The new app will NOT be available until app providers (Apple & Google) approve our new app.
- We will send communication to you (& update here) once the new app is available.
- Once it is available, you will download the new SRFCU app from your app store on your phone.
What will not change?
- SRFCU Account number will stay the same
- Debit & credit cards will continue to work & your PIN will not be affected.
- Checks will remain the same. Please use the ones you already have.
- Direct Deposit will continue to post to your account as they do today.
- Internal Automatic Transfers you have scheduled (internal = from an SRFCU acct to an SRFCU acct) will continue to process as they do today.
- Loan Payment Due Dates for loans you have with us will remain the same.
